Department of Corporate Secretaryship(B.Com)
Department of B.COM. (Corporate Secretaryship) was started in the year 2014. This is a specialization course in Commerce curriculum. The B.COM.(CS) department is an active and vibrant department with good track record for the past four years. Focus on a better curriculum in order to produce well qualified professionals who are abreast of corporate sector. The B.Com CS course is offered so as to reflect in progressing in the fields of corporate business which is most successful model of business undertakings around the world. It offers income tax, GST, company and business law, financial, management, cost and corporate accounting and entrepreneurial skills and other economic and technological skills as an increasing demand of the job markets and employable opportunities.

To specify and assess the essential knowledge and skills involved in taking overall responsibility for the corporate secretarial functions in small, medium and large scale organization and to nurture future business leaders and entrepreneurs in various sectors of economy with focus on value creation and responsibility towards all stakeholders for a sustainable society based on human and ethical values.

The Department of Commerce (Corporate Secretaryship) is a dynamic department aiming at quality education. The department consists of 05 well qualified faculties with rich experience. The enrolled strength of B.COM.(CS) department is around 200 students. It has been organizing various seminars and career counseling programmes to enrich the student community. Further, the department is catering to academic needs of the students for overall development, so that they equip themselves to be a part of the modern society and make measurable contributions.
